Changeover day is Monday (only) from May to October inclusive (the season), when there are direct flights from most UK regional airports.

Outside of the tourist season, prices and durations are by negotiation and flights would be indirect, generally via Athens. Ask us for details.

Maximum occupation of the villa is 6 people plus 1 infant (cot supplied).

Villa prices are per week, in pounds sterling, and include maid service 3 times a week, laundry changes twice a week, services of our representatives on the island, electricity costs, pool maintenance etc.

We can arrange taxis for you from and to the airport. These cost £30.00 per taxi each way and will carry 4 people maximum.

We can also arrange for a basic food starter pack to be at the villa on arrival. This costs £20.00 and includes milk, tea, sugar, bread, butter, jam, fruit, water, kitchen towel, a 2 litre soft drink, a bottle of white wine, loo rolls etc.

We can book boat hire and water ski times for you. It is essential that all boat hire is pre-booked, irrespective of the time of year and that water ski-ing is pre-booked in July and August. If you want to ski at specific times better to pre-book anyway.

Villa prices:-

May and June £945.00 to £1,295.00 per week.

July and August £1,695.00 per week.

September and October from £695.00 to £1,295.00 per week.

We also occasionally have some late deals so worth asking if you want to go in the next couple of weeks and the villa is showing empty.
